I specialize in supporting people through trauma, grief, spiritual crisis, challenging life transitions, depression, and anxiety. I utilize a highly effective evidence-based treatment approach called IFS (Internal Family Systems) which cultivates mindfulness and self-compassion through somatic (body) awareness and exploration of the internal psychic system. It has theoretical similarities to Jungian, Gestalt, Somatic, and Transpersonal psychotherapies.
